Medium Efficiency F6 Pocket Air Filter Media

Pocket Air Filter Description:

The pocket filter media is composed of 4 layers designed to meet the various ASHRAE standards. The filter media are manufactured of Multiple Layers Synthetic Microfiber. The Synthetic Microfiber build up in non-woven layers to ensure MultiLayer buildups and eliminate fiber shedding. TRAIRF® pocket filters are widely used in ventilation and air conditioner system of laboratory, pharmacy, microelectronic, hospital, food industry etc which areas requesting a higher degree of air cleanliness.

 

Efficiency:  

TRAIRF® Medium Efficiency Pocket Air filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% in NBS Test Method; per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14.

 

Features:   

Bag Filter is designed to a V-Shape pocket with extended surface frame. V-Shape pocket design allows every pockets to fully inflate and maintain a proper spacing with adjacent pockets. Air can freely through from front to back .

 

Frame:  

Both glass fiber and synthetic fiber filter media Bag Filters consists of individual pockets, which are bonded to a corrosion-resistant header, aluminium alloy and galvanized frame header are available.
