Our pocket air filter Media Material Specifiation consists of four layers: a surface layer and three more internal layers. The surface layer consists of 100% high strength non-woven fabric, and the color can be made according to customer's demand.
The bi-component layer is structured with PP and PET fibers. The super fine melt-blown fiber gives the non-woven filtration efficiency rate, and the Pet fiber has excellent compression resilience. The two fibers are structured in a "Z" shape and this enhances the air permeability and dust holding capacity while decreasing the pressure drop during use.
The lining layer is made of needle punched media or non-woven compound media to filter larger particles and lower the initial pressure drop. It is also helpful for the filter to have a longer service life.
Finally, the middle separator is used to ensure that air pressure is evenly distributed throughout the filter media.
The Bag Filter offers low resistance, high air flow, and has a large dust holding capacity as well as a long service life. It also provides cost-effective filtration, and can be used with the highest temperature and humidity of 80ºC and 80%RH respectively.
The Bag Filter has G3-F9 Bag Filter efficiency levels ranging from 45-95% @0.5 micron, and is recommended to have a final resistance of 300-400pa.
