Our pocket air filter provides superior filtration capability thanks to its advanced media material specifiation. It features a surface layer made of 100% high strength non-woven fabric, which can be customized to customer demand.
At the heart of the filter media is a bi-component structure made of both PP and PET, blending two fibers in a “Z” shape to achieve high air permeability and dust holding capacity while ensuring low resistance output.
The liner non-woven fabric layer is made of needle punched media used to filter larger particles with low pressure drop, ensuring the maximum dust volume and longer service life.
Lastly, the pocket air filter design includes a middle separator to guarantee air is pressed evenly throughout its use.
This Bag Filter has low resistance and a large air flow, making it economically cost effective. Increasing the dust-holding capacity while ensuring its long service life, this Bag Filter shows a high level of efficiency of between 45 and 95% when tested with a 0.5 micron particle size concentrating on achieving a final resistance of 300-400Pa.
It has fantastic temperature and humidity resilience, being able to withstand 80ºC and 80%RH to reach its maximum performance.
